Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no cost.

“CANCEL MY ORDER”


Address Issues

Entered the wrong shipping address?
Email us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once shipped, we cannot modify your delivery address.


Delivery Attempts

Carriers generally make two delivery attempts before returning the package to sender. Ensure someone is available to receive the order.


Damaged or Defective Products

Received a damaged item?
Please send us your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We’ll replace it free of charge.
